Mastermailer Holdings, through its wholly owned subsidiary Mastermailer Stationery is a specialist supplier of secure stationery, providing A4-laser printer-compatible mailers, primarily for use in the UK pay advice market. The Company has developed and patented a unique mailer and proprietary adhesive that will seal either under finger pressure or through high pressure sealing machines, for larger batches.

Over the past twelve months a complete restructuring of the management has taken place and the proceeds of the open offer to raise GBP463,000 has been used to reduce debt and develop sales.

The Directors are now concentrating their efforts on expanding Mastermailer's home market base with new products and promotions and are confident that in the medium term they will be able to use this platform to expand into Europe and the USA.
